anyone know what power the stock injectors max out around on a rb25det?.

and how valuble is the VVTi. ive gotta rb20 ecu i can use to tune it up, but not sure about losing it. i know its activated by oil pressure, but is there also a 12v or 5v input which switches it on kinda like the vtec, cause if thats the case then i can use a RPM switch to turn it on.

Yeah they max out at 100% duty just like every other car...

Sorry, I had too.

I've heard around 180rwkw is pushing it? Might be able to get that or a higher more safely with increasing the pressure regulator?

The stock fuel pump would also be an issue too.

Best to get your car on the dyno as you're upgrading its power levels to watch your injectors and pump.

r33 gtst injectors will max around 250rwkw

they will be on their knee's at this power level

you can get a bit more out of them by upgading the fuel reg to bump the rail pressure up a little bit

vct on the r33 is based on rpm, on until 4700rpm then it switches off

with it off the car drives like a bucket of poo, much less response and zest

    • Unless you're fortunate enough to buy a newer car, getting an older style plate to match your name/car is difficult because they've already been purchased.  Unlike other countries, personalised plates are locked to the country and not region, so there can't be multiple versions of the same plate but with a different area code.  Hope that helps

    • That's why I said it is a meaningless term. Because there is more than one meaning that people can apply to it. When we said "highflow", that is exactly what we mean, and exactly what is done. In a highflow, they take your housing and machine them out to take bigger wheels, have a better internal profile, etc etc, and fit a new core with the different/better/bigger wheels.
