Man I wish I saw that happen every time I drive on the FWY! I take the FWY alot and all I ever get is ppl doing 80 in a 100 zone and never moving left, only at the last minute when they have to exit!

When I was driving my pos no-one ever moved, but once you have the intercooler on full show they move rather quickly no matter what speed your going On metro roads it may or may not be from the sound of spool that gets them going ^_^

I see most comments about idiotdrivers.com.au are along the lines of

1) useless website

2) poor search engine

3) who gives a damm

However the concept of idiotdrivers.com.au is also immoral and more importantly ILLEGAL. Moderators of this forum are well aware of potential consequences of making unjustified statements about individuals, particular workshops and community groups.

idiotdrivers.com.au basically allows people to make defamatory remarks about others that cannot be proven. Okay, so people are not named, however a personalised number plate is by no means anonymous.

idiotdrivers.com.au should be shut down.

Also anyone who uses that site to make a defamatory claim against another could potentially be used for defamation (ie inferring another person is a criminal or engages in criminal activity).

My plates are safe

I just have a look through the first 70 pages and the complaints are pathetic in some cases (but legally legit I guess). Most of the WA related ones are for random cars. I saw 1 Nissan import other than MIRKS and it was a 180SX. Lots of Subaru's and Ford Laser's in there

It need not even be criminal activity. A defamatory statement is one that is likely to cause ordinary, reasonable people to think less of the person about whom the words or images are published. An inference that casts a defamatory imputation is enough to bring an action. However one could argue that the statements were fair comment or trivial..the truth alone may not be enough. Its a crap site anyway
