Air-con thermal sensors

Has anyone played around with r32 climate control thermal sensors?

I ran diagnostics and found that my sun-load sensor is faulty (the little sensor on the the passenger end of the dash near the windscreen)

Is this sensor easily replaced?

It needs "sun" for the test to pass...

good point, i will try that again, in the sun this time.

I dont know much about aircon, the guy i bought the car off said the air-con thermostat was screwed. I set the temp to 18deg (minimum) and the climate control pushes harder to get the the temp down but it doesnt get any colder . It has been recently regassed

How do you get the climate control into diagnostic mode. My car is doing the same thing as 'raasclaat'

i dunno how many times I have heard "my sunload sensor is faulty"

My sunload sensor is faulty too., its an icky yellow colour.

sure its not the one at front of car?

think its mounted othe radiator down support

i left mine after cooler fit and no air cond.

I thought that one was an airbag sensor... hmm. interesting...
