look at this one for a bargain..

Hmmm... i'm thinking 11sec daily driver :D

ur like 3 weeks behind us lol

FM - i dont have 6x9s in the back.

rabz - http://www.dealtimeshopping.com/car_audio_...eer_tsa6995.htm

ive tried them and they pump... never actually had them installed in the car tho... i stuck with the 6" splits which i have.

i do... one reason "engine rebuild"

i dont care too much if its been thrashed... a classic car needs a good restoratio/rebuild anyway.

as soon as it gets here im going to thrash the shit out of it and see how long it lasts until the engine gives up... once it has... rebuild time.

exactly the line of thinking the nark.

That's what i would do. Most you see are fairly stock so they won't be too bad.

And wat's 120-140 thou km's ?? you still got another 20-30 at LEAST.

For 18 grand. i wouldn't be complaining.

maybe i should start downloading so called "stock" from yahoo japan and saying i got the best contacts....PFFFT!

true, true.. i wouldn't believe that site for a proper guide, its easy to find an auction sheet photo and then go "actually that specific car isn't available because of xxxx, but i can get you, blah, blah". That's common practice unfortunately. My car actually came thru prestige a while back though (previous owner imported through them)

Presonally i'd be cautious rushing off to get a suspicously low priced GTR if you're not prepared for some risk...

i signed up using my normal email address... it dosen't work using a translator as it uses cookies to log in and the cookies are sent to the translator machine.

Its pretty easy, right now i'm bidding for 18" R34 GTR rims

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
