squeaky seats, how i fix?

my pasenger seat in my r33 gtst squeaks when some people that weigh say about 70kg and more sit in it (ie. when i sit in it it squeaks if i move a bit but when my g/f sits in it it doesnt squeak)

i spose either tightening something or lubricating something may fix it but what could it be, im guessing its a normal thing that happens with seats but its damn annoying

also my roof (or so it seems) makes a small vibrating noise when i drive and if i push the back part of the rtoof up it like clicks into place so to speak and the vibrating noise stops for a bit then it comes back so i click it back up and its ok for a bit, anyways of securing it up? its not moving out of place form what i can see, just another small annpoying thing i wanna fix
