i reckon the camera cars should get booked for illegal parking too.........amount of times u see em parked on footpaths, in clearways, and like the one that was on pt wakefield rd up from bolivar caltex last sat on the way to dori prac, should be fined for parkin on the median not facing the direction of traffic flow

Agree with ya there. Laws provide them with immunity from it tho

They are not ment to be on private propery without the owners permisson and If the the speeding fine was issued while they were parked on private propery without permisson you could challenege it in court.

Dont know how the cameras attached back to the cars by cable would be affected by this or if they have changed the law for the above, been a while.
