What Did You Use To Fill In The Space?

got this really ugly gap showing between my head unit and the air con controls. big space in between. are there covers of some sort available for this situation? or are people just leaving it.

If it's a double din hole with a single din h/u then fill the gap with a single din pocket

most i have seen are filled with a pocket from std

and a lot of people buy a double din headunit cause they got the room to do so

there is also aftermarket guage clusters you can get...defi make one...sliding performance sells them

Go to nissan get a std pocket for like $35 or sumfin.. with previous experience the universal ones dun fit.. its the best way unless you go for guages like what RellikZephyr said

i have another headunit... it was lieing around, and it has better real time displays then the DVD player... closer then getting a pocket... and im lllllllaaaazzzzzzzzyyyyyyyyy so it worked out well

sorry its a 98 r33 gts-t. yes was double din before. i just imported it and it came with a double din cd/MD player. now installed my old head unit and have a large gap in between head unit and air con controls. i might get a standard pocket. has anyone got a link to a photo of one of these in a car already?

I have an N15 SSS, and I put an aerpro drink holder in the din slot. So hypothetically, these will also fit in the R33?

I bought a single din pocket from just jap. paid 49 dollars and was a piece of crap . it fits but its nothing fancy. can still see a tiny gap.

I may opt for gauges even though i dont need them yet.

i made a din sized panel out of carbon fibre and used it to mount the control unit for my defi gauges. looks good.

I purchased a pulsar din pocket however I can't say it fits as well as expected. Are there any tutorials/write ups how to install the things? Ive basically just pushed it in there and put a few screw in the sides.

I just remembered, a while ago i got one at autobarn that had screwhole points in the same spots as an average head unit, fitted well and was really stable

Nice man. Get the pioneer surround and trimit tfit in. I had to modify mine tofit but looks mucho better aye.
