anyone one who can weld my bov in for me?

1. A good place to get my car tuned .... dyno or just normally tuned... prefably cheap as I'm on a tight budget. I know i should be stingy on my car. however I'm on a budget for now. So yeah

2. Good panel beater because few minor body work required ... Cheap one too if possible lol (i'm sad i know) ... or anyone who does it like amatuer at their house. I will still pay

3. ANYONE who will let me drive to their house and teach me how to take the door lining and the plastic bit around like the air conditioner, head unit etc.... out and teach me how to spray paint it Silver. I blew up my clock too. anyone can help me with that

4. Any car cruises or drags happening the brisbane/gold coast area. I'm very keen

turbo timers and boost controlers can be found both cheap and expensive, depending on what you want from them.

and THE man for skylines is gavin woods at labrador, pretty much everyone here will vouch for him. he has done some work on my car, he really knows his stuff on skylines.

BELGARION - yeah I've heard plenty of good wraps about GAvin Woods, will get car dyno done when all mods r in ... u know how much it'll be setting me back? DO u know anyone with TT or boost controllers for sale, I just want a basic TT - doesnt bother me, however for the boost i want the design where i can change the boost at a flick of a switch in my interior - thats sik!

Ill help u if u want, ull have to come down ere though ;). i dont know how u blew ur clock up, did u check ur fuses? i carry like 50 fuses everywhere i drive now cos i blow fuses on a constant basis (neons and shit)

narh I dont think so ...... there's warning beep when u leave ur lights on and take ur key out, and beeps when driver side door is open ...... good safety device so u dont kill ur battery. I know I fcuked it up somehow. forgot to turn my lights on the day i had went for my manual license (YES i bought the car before i got my license) and the battery died. I STRESSED! but then pushed start my car and let the battery charge a little bit and went for my exam. BTW anyone here know a guy with a red r32 name Coco? I got my license btw ... pretty happy. I did my driving exam in my skyline, and the examiner didnt even ask 'who drove me here' ... sooo lucky i got a nice guy.

    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
    • I also used NP   That’s were it’s seems to be the best place to fit it? All schematic shows also that it’s should be referenced from the turbo housing. But idk, I do see high hp cars without any connection or anything to their turbos, so I really don’t know how they connect their things
