Hey all I'm considering getting a Power FC and a set of Adjustable cam gears for my R32 GTR and was wondering what kind of power gain will I get from that. The car currently is making 240 rwkw on 14psi. It has N1 turbo's and cams. Also approx how much would I be paying for the power FC and hand controller.

So the ecu is remapped?

Must be. Sorry havn't really had a chance to have a good play around with the car since I've had it and it's sad cause I've had it for 4 yrs now and done all of 9000km it, So I'm only really going on what the guy I bought it off of told me.

Yer either way.. The PFC is the next step if you want to try keep up with Andrew. :)

I can't wait to get home and check that thing out. I think i'll go ahead and get a Power FC I'd love to get it up around the 300 mark that would keep me happy for a while.

As soon as you see 300rwk's budjet for a new clutch. LOL

power fc is definetly worth it . Go for the jetro if you can. Mine went from 199rwk's to 185rwks with mods, and power fc added and tuned 260rwk's. I make 292rwk's now with 1.1bar with N1 turbos. You should see aleast that power level because I still have standard injectors. good luck.

Sorry not knowing much about these what is the jetro and what are the difference's????

main diff with the D Jetro to std PFC is it uses MAP sensors and removes your AFM

just incase you dont know... MAP = Manifold Absolute Pressure and AFM = Air Flow Meter

292rwkw's on standard gtr injectors? do you have a fuel pressure regulator? what dyno was this on?

Ash,

They 'should' do it with around 43-45psi base pressure and close to 100% duty. 43.5psi they flow 520cc's & 40psi 480cc's. Well mine did so yours will be no different.

I'm unsure if the GTR's as standard run a slightly higher base fuel pressure.

Did 292rwk's on peter halls dyno. Have seen them do 299rwk's on tilbrooks dyno but was running a bit lean .

As cubes said though , getting very close to full duty. As far as the pressure , unsure.

Anything 90's Japanese is not a great experience these days and highly over rated. My 2015 Brz with a heap of suspension mods is such a better car even with out the power of my old s chassis' even on track. • I mean, the 240i is not a Supra... make it drop a few hundred kg, have a sportscar chassis, clearance for wheels etc... Maybe I want a hardtop Z40i XDrive or something :p I do agree with you though and have long said the B58 Supra/240i/340i/440i is the new R Chassis/JDM90's turbo rocket for mod lovers to ... not always appreciative response lol. Doesn't make it not true though.
    • I will do the build myself but I will be paying for the tune because I don't know how much about that and would rather it be done right and by a professional
    • Will you build and tune it yourself or do you need to pay for labour?
    • Mechanically that's essentially what the M240i is, it's just not pretending it's not a BMW
