i think u can only buy da a31 wiring diagram or use a r32/s13 1?

I guess the good thing is that Thais have no idea with reading Japanese so they were all labelled up in English over here

Here's the cointray fusebox layout from my 1991 Cefiro... it was an auto originally so some of the fuses may be different from manual... but it's probably more help than what you currently have in Japanese...
