Hi guys,

Well, it has finally come to this... I got an aftermarket GT style wing on my black Skyline... looks absolutely awesome - but got a bight yellow one for it... so now I got two options... well, I wanted to get a nice change to it anyways...

Wing or now wing....

I've seen a few cars without a spoiler/wing on the back - damn, some look so 'stubborn', 'mean' and 'aggessive' - it really brings out the rear of a Skyline much more... so was wondering if anyone here can post of some pictures of their ride without a wing/spoiler or a small drift wing... basically I just want to see what a skyline would look like without a spolier/wing at all...

Many thanks in advance...

Where did you buy it & how long is it?

I bought 1 as well, only 50" (127cm)

too narrow 4 my fat ass R33 :S

took out the old spoiler and yeah I know what you're saying

although I think it'd look a lil better with the stealth/duck wing

there's 1 on some eBay store selling for $239

if you ask me that's a rip-off for small piece of plastic/fireglass

because after I took the spoiler off, I noticed the boot slants downwards

and doesn't align with the rear body.

plus got shit loads of holes you need 2 cover up

here's some pics of mine without the spoiler

We sell the Drift/Signal Wing for $150 if your interested.

does that mean it has a brake light? autoworx in wa does them... i like them with the brake light it in there..

then again i just bought a gtr wing :-) costed me 350$ :-( rip off but i needed an immac one

Is it $150.00 painted and installed? If so, I'll be seeing you this weekend!! I like how it emphasis the rear more... nice

That price is for supply only. Sorry but we don't offer fitting or painting either.

WPN-O33 is that the JUN side skirts?

curious where you got your parts from :)

Hey Mate, i can't quite remember but im preety sure the side skirts are nismo 400r.

These parts are available from jetspeed & carmate check out their websites...

The main difference is in the vent at the rear. Hopefully these pictures will tell you the difference. I have put up a few different side skirts (all with vents as I assume thats what you are after) to look at the differences.

    • So for the wide band is a Bosch 4.9 correct for the Link G4+ along with a Can bus? Just get the Link gear or is generic ok too? Eg here: LINK LINK DIGITAL WIDEBAND CAN MODULE WITH BOSCH 4.9 SENSOR : KYP Performance House
    • Bit difficult to follow. Have a look below and see what the standard R32 layout was like. Note there was a restrictor in place immediately before "turbocharged pressure control solenoid" that, if removed, magically got you 1 bar boost.
    • I might be way off the mark here.. there must be a T junction under the manifold. That takes manifold pressure through a check valve prior to the T, one side splits out to this bleed off orifice, the other straight to the wastegate actuators.
    • Carrying out some engine due diligence before my first drive in a 260RS that has been in storage for 10+ years, and found two lines that are susposed to be plumbed into the boost control solenoid. One of the lines (the wastegate boost supply line) to actuate the gates, had a bolt in one end blocking it. The other line (main boost signal line) from the very rear of the intake manifold (RB26DETT) and runs up to the boost controller had this pill in the end of it as seen in photos. Other than the obvious (T28 Ceramic turbos might well be cooked)  Can anyone shed any light on if there is any validity at all with this mod, bleeding a constant fixed rate of manifold boost pressure off through this 3mm hole?  Is it deliberate?  Was this a 90s Jap mod done to RB26's? Or has someone just fitted this without any idea of what happens to ceramic T28s if they are not gate controlled?
