Sorry Gary you've got no chance....I can match you for longest but have a gtr ont he back to beat you for weight :domokun:

Since i won't be racing I'll have my Stagea there! So make it 3 at least :P

I have decided to create a Best Stagea Category now so hopefully that will induce you all to come and feel more welcome.

What say ye all? IN?

Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss. :)

Should be:

best S1

best S2 and

best 260RS.

That would be nice, but first we've gotta get enough Stageas to actually justify it.

I'm on the crew helping to organise this Show and Shine, and until I saw Adam's post, not even I knew that this category was going to be created!

im deff in but gunna pay on the day bloody money......... so whats the go are we all gunna meet up outside and then go in as a group so we all parked together or got reserved spots?????????????????????? and hands up whi is in would be good to see a shipload of us there and not the usual ill come but no show we have to make our presence felt here guys we are the minority here

Hey Mike parking will probably be allocated however makes judging easiest, competitors will need to be there earlier to get parked before the crowds arrive.

Don't worry....its always hard to ignore a stagea in a carpark full of coupes :P

*puts hand up*

AFAIK, it's a first come, first serve thing with the parking, so we can create some variety between the various models. We discussed this to quite some extent, and figured that if we had all the R33's together in one spot, all the R32's together in another spot, etc., then people would only gather around the models they preferred and would quite possibly miss out on seeing something which may take their interest somewhere else...

Mine is entered and paid for, as of last night!

Also, for all the Newcastle and Central Coast peoples, there are a whole bunch of Skyline owners cruising down in a group together, so if you want to join them have a look HERE!!!

For those from the South or Inner Western Sydney, please have a look HERE...

It's not hard to find, but it'll of course be easier to find if you're all in a group - and more fun should you all get lost together.

Joe, Bryce or Brendan (Beastien), are any of you able to contact "ULOOK" (Krystal) to help bring down supplies for the day?

Please PM here: ULOOOK

It would be greatly appreciated!!!

just sent krystal a PM, any specifics needed or does she know?

Not really sure, mate - I'm guessing she'll fill you in on what she needs transported.

If there's anyone else in the area, too, if you could help out it would be great!

Ah i see the soul purpose of the stagea is to follow around skylines carrying their stuff, good work nissan :)

will i get notification when my payment has cleared and get NSW member under my name

    • Well the install is officially done. Filled with fluid and bled it today, but didn't get a chance to take it on a test drive. I'll throw some final pics of the lines and whatnot but you can definitely install a DMAX rack in an R33 with pretty minor mods. I think the only other thing I had to do that isn't documented here is grind a bit of the larger banjo fitting to get it to clear since the banjos are grouped much tighter on the DMAX rack. Also the dust boots from a R33 do not fit either fyi, so if you end up doing this install for whatever reason you'll need to grab those too. One caveat with buying the S15 dust boots however is that the clamps are too small to fit on the R33 inner tie rod since they're much thicker so keep the old clamps around. The boots also twist a bit when adjusting toe but it's not a big deal. No issues or leaks so far, steering feels good and it looks like there's a bit more lock now than I had before. Getting an alignment on Saturday so I'll see how it feels then but seems like it'll be good to go
    • I don't get in here much anymore but I can help you with this.   The hole is a vent (air relief) for the brake proportioning valve, which is built into the master cylinder.    The bad news is that if brake fluid is leaking from that hole then it's getting past the proportioning valve seals.   The really bad news is that no spare parts are available for the proportioning valve either from Nissan or after market.     It's a bit of a PITA getting the proportioning valve out of the master cylinder body anyway but, fortunately, leaks from that area are rare in my experience. BTW, if those are copper (as such) brake lines you should get rid of them.    Bundy (steel) tube is a far better choice (and legal  in Australia - if that's where you are).
    • EMU Classic. For what I need it to do I see no reason to upgrade. Link and Haltech would both cost an extra chunk of money for a lot of unutilized features
