GODTHRILA
cheers ill check it out, if i see nothing will get c-red to have a look Just had mine done on Friday... i guess take the timing cover off and look to see if the belt is factory or aftermarket... if its factory then its either original one, or they replaced it with a factory item... so then look to see if anything else there looks newish. I have a new water pump and 1x tensioner pully so thats how you'd spot mine. thrtytwo
I thought they put the sticker in the cam cover. Thats where mine is. they can probably put it anywhere in the general area, will depend from shop to shop most likely Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/176801-100000km-service/#findComment-3234126 Share on other sites
infamous_t
If you can't find any evidence, or are unsure, get it done anyway... get your other belts replaced while your there, they most likely need it. Works out cheaper than a dead engine. While there, get your radiator flushed, water pump checked/replaced etc, as labour wise it can all be done at the same time, your just looking at extra parts cost. ossie_21
The sticker is in Japanese & it says something along the lines of replacing it at 100,000km, and there should be a couple of spaces. If it was done those spaces should be filled out with the date it was replaced & I *think* also the km on the clock...
