Help With Replacing A/c Lights

Hey guys.

Just wonering if anyone around Sydney has performed the light change for the A/C

I got the bulbs off Dan but i don't know how i can solder these on etc.

I will drive there if you can help me.

Please gimme a hand if you can.

I'm pretty sure there is a DIY on this in the DIY section..

i haven't done it yet, still have to buy the LEDs

The lights aren't exactly the same as the ones in Dan's thread.

The lights i have are longer and hence i need to chop off the base of the light if i was to use the existing holders.

Don't know if i can cut these off though :)

Just an update guys.

I managed to fit them in with no soldering required.

Might write up a DIY when i have time.

All i did was to trin down the LED base and the OEM holders and wire up the wires into the factory holder positions.

Then i simply screwed them back in and wallah!

WOOT WOOT!!!

All looks good now.

isn't that what it said to do in the DIY thread?

If u have a R34, u know the globes will not fit in the holders no matter how much trimming is done.

I had to improvise and just let it hang on to the holders with th wires holding it in place.
