gtst4d
Hello peoples I am looking at getting a r34 gtt manual sedan and in some pics i got today it dose not have the normal gauge cluster that the 34 usally has, and the climate control unit sits lower and there is some more buttons above that, and it also looks like there is some thing that can pop out of the top of the dash. I was wondering if this was just another opotion in these cars and what else dose it do. Any help would be great Andrew. sewid
That car has factory GPS. Incredibly useless in Australia and takes up a lot of dash space for nothing. I would not buy a car that had that in it. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/177800-multi-function-display/#findComment-3245838 Share on other sites

sewid
It is NOT on the screen. The boost guage on that car is probably relocated to the speedo cluster like in the R33 gtst. kralster
No you just don't get a boost, oil temp, or volts readout on the R34's that have a tv display instead of the triple gague cluster. gtst4d
could this of been a non turbo at one stage then. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/177800-multi-function-display/#findComment-3247000 Share on other sites
Reggi34dr
doubt it. just because it doesn't have the 3 guages doesn't mean the car was something else in a previous life. an S1 GT-t without the said guages could've been an option ticked by the original owner or dealer. if it was a GT, like your suggesting, they've changed the whole interior from the colourful stripey door and seat trim to the plain colour turbo interior. only GT-V's (which are NA) come with the turbo interior. kralster
And non turbo's have seats that are a different fabric. It just looks like a standard GT-t that has been optioned with the TV and satnav. Which in the end would of cost more money than just getting the boost, vaults, oil temp gagues. If you want the gagues that badly just wait for a 34 that has them. They are becoming a dime a dozen nowadays. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/177800-multi-function-display/#findComment-3247692 Share on other sites
