foznice
Hey all, I have a light up panel in my r32 ready to go on. I need something to stick on with, but I'm not sure what to use. It has to stick well so that it will stay on obviously, be durable and waterproof, but it HAS to be able to come off relatively easily in case I need to repair or sell the panel, and it needs to come off without damaging the paint on the rear bar? Any suggestions? I was thinking silicon maybe, but I honestly have no idea... adam-__-
I think some quality double sided tape would do the job. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/178422-what-shoud-i-stick-my-lightup-panel-on-with/#findComment-3255696 Share on other sites
Al
3M automotive double-sided tape. As used by Ford and other automotive manufacturers and panel shops, to stick body kit etc. to cars. I have a mate what stuck my old boot lip to his car using just this tape and it shows no sign of coming off. I bought a role to fix my rear pods, but have almost finished it on other people's cars . I am due to buy a new role, so if you want, we can go halves, i'll help you fit the facia and keep the remaining tape, it's only about $15 if i remember right.
