Hi Guys

We're running our Stunt Driving School at Oran Park on Sunday 30th September.

We've had a rather large corporate cancellation and we thought that other than cancel the course, we'd offer it to forum members for a ridiculous price.

Here is our official blurb on the course......

The worlds most exciting driving course

The Stunt Driving Experience

The only driving course of its type anywhere in the world!

No experience needed!

This is it. The real deal Stunt Driving Experience – 180 degree handbrake turn parallel parking, multiple 360 degree spins, ramp to ramp jumps, and driving on two wheels.

Conducted by the Driver Dynamics precision driving team, this course includes the most exciting aspects of our world renowned precision driving course for professional stunt performers in a compact half day of fun and adrenalin.

Your Stunt Driving Experience begins with a sign in and presentation of the course activities and safety briefing. Then it’s out to the stunt driving range where YOU DRIVE our specially modified late model stunt training cars. Our friendly and experienced world record holding instructors will be with you in the cars to help you master each of the following stunt driving exercises:

180 Degree handbrake turn parallel spin parking

Multiple 360 degree spins on our unique Split Surface System

Ramp-to-ramp jumps on our 50 foot long jump ramps

Finally we’ll take you for a wild ride on two wheels in our two wheeling car

You'll also receive a certificate of completion.

Best of all, you don't need any previous experience. As long as you can drive a manual car, we can even teach your Grandma to do this!! (We've had Grandma's do it in the past )

As seen on the following TV shows..

A Current Affair Channel 9 "You just want to do it again and again"

The Car Show Channel 9 "These Guys can do incredible things with cars"

Cybershack Channel 10 with 2006 Miss Australia Erin McNaught "These guys are the real deal, and give you a raw, adrenaline fuelled experience from the moment you walk in the door. There are no superfluous and tedious safety lectures, no primary school tones. The system has been fine-tuned to perfection so you can just hop in and do a three-metre ramp-to-ramp jump without breaking a sweat. Or if 360's are more your thing, you can do that, too. Or how about the old 180-handbrake box parallel park? Or the absolute pinnacle of stunt driving; driving on two wheels? Yep, this school has got it all."

CarsGuide Video "Just awesome, I'm still buzzing from the jump"

Also seen in

FHM Magazine "The Stunt Driving Experience is a blast"

Unique Cars Magazine "Driving Instructor Kevin Flynn, has put together an automotive stunt experience that gives ordinary folks the opportunity to experience some of the amazing daredevil antics made famous in The Dukes of Hazzard and countless other movies and television shows"

Cars Guide Website "The no-nonsense approach that Driver Dynamics holds is refreshing and lets you get stuck in to the exciting, hands-on aspects of the course, with minimal theory. Kevin Flynn and his team are consummate professionals, giving you peace of mind, allowing you to relax and enjoy the day."

Ok here's the deal, we normally charge $259.00 per driver to do this course in Sydney, but we're offering it for $199.00 per driver to forum members.

*Note this course runs for three hours, we run a morning and afternoon session.

Morning session runs from 9.00am until 12.00pm , afternoon runs from 1.00pm until 4.00pm

If you'd like to come along, or know someone who would, please do not send me a PM, email me [email protected] or call me 0413 540 197

Kind regards

Kev

    • What 1.5 way? There's no such thing really as a 1.5 way, just different ways of explaining 2 ways with different ramp rates. HOWEVER. In any driving in a straight line your 1.5 or 2 or 1.7 way should have no clunking at all. With the clutch fully depressed the diff should be silent (unless it's welded but I'm assuming it's not). Something aint right here.
    • Clutch is a spec brand, new clutch system,( PP, flywheel, friction disc, etc. pull type) installed 100 miles ago, with no problems.
    • looking for some help and maybe some insight on others experience with a new LSD. R34 GT ran and drove beautifully, but always alot of grip loss due to the open R200 rear end, so I just installed a new 1.5 LSD way into the stock open R200 for a ER34. Simple. Everything seemed right. I test drove for the first time this weekend. as I started to back out the garage the first time slowly with tires straight it sounded and felt like I had a loose or half disconnected drive shaft...that was clucking around loose and shaking entire vehicle, and making it feel like the trans clutch was spontaneously slipping then grabbing very roughly while just letting out pedal slowly. I backed it out went to pull forward with the same noise, shake and slip grab feeling with hesitation, I turned the tires to back out more and then pulled ahead some same thing but worst because of added wheel resistance (which that I expected) puzzled … pulling it back in checking everything over and finding nothing wrong, I tried it the next day. same thing, couldn’t believe how it shook everything again making a terrible noise and making it feel like the trans clutch was slipping and grabbing, but I got it out of garage into the driveway, got it straight, drove forward and then reveres a few times in a straight line everything shaking , causing what felt like clutch slip and grab every time, sounded like right behind front driver tire and I could feel it in the floor board with my feet,... worst right when beginning to let clutch pedal out to engage slightly, shuttering and sounding terrible along the way…I managed to slowly get down the road, babying it the whole way, once I was rolling (out of 1st) seemed to be better and between shifts, then clutch felt closer to normal…not slip/ grab etc., but back down to any stop, straight road or turning, same thing. Made no difference if all tires were straight or if I was turning. All other gauge read out correct. with in 2 miles as planned I reached the empty parking lot and performed the break in procedure that came with lsd, essentially to drive in a figure 8 a bunch.  Did this, binding chattering, and shaking the car the whole way. I drove it back home seemed somewhat normal once I was in straight line and past 10 mph or so, and I know it will “bind” on corners and cause some tires squeal when turning especially from a stop, but when I begin to move it still causes what feels like the trans clutch to slip and jerk badly as well as shaking the entire car, and sounds terrible, that I didn’t expect. I used the fluid they supplied with LSD kit and did the breaking, planning to change fluid as they suggest after breaking, but wondering will it get smoother or less aggressive with use? maybe a 1.5 is just too aggressive for normal road driving?   I have a LSD that I put in my 71 cuda when I restored it, with amazing smooth , quite yet effective results. Different style LSD but that ones a joy to drive. maybe expecting too much from this R200?
