i know no one cares, but sadly my silvia will not be there:

a) i have to work now

b) paint is still shagged

c) just spent alot of my money on repairing my manifold.

once i win the lotto and fix everything that needs fixing i'll be there

Well, Im probably not as stretched as then DrDoof, but fuel for the trip there and back is an easy $140.00... :)

This is why bikes are better. It costs me $13 to fill up with 98

Oh of course... SAU needs that money for... umm...

...

:)

Hiring goons to kick your butt!!

Next time, a bit of warning would be nice, we waited and waited just for you, and nearly lost all 12 spots...

Also, communication is key, check your PMs to make sure they aren't full or anything... You are annoying to get a hold of to say the least...

when is the earliest possible time that we can leave our cars @ homebush on friday? and also, do we leave our keys with the organiser or we dislpay our cars @ our spot and take the key? hows is it going to be done? i don't have much info other than that the show's happening on saturday and sunday

Can anyone tell me if its worth trying to get a train from the arena to Parramatta at 10pm?

Or can someone give me and my missus a lift?

Pretty please... :)

Im staying in Parra on Friday night, but I'll be at the Ibis Homebush after that...

You can leave your keys with us if you like :)

There is a slight problem with going on the dyno, especially if you won't be there, and we won't have keys...

I'm going to be there all day, every day... it's really up to you though, you can take the keys if you like, and come back around the time you are due on the dyno...

I will be at homebush by about 2pm I hope, they don't start moving people in til 3, but we have a lot of setting up to do before we can do that... So if you are fine with it, you can park your car in there at 3, and we can move it in when we're ready

I will be there on sunday as a spectator. See you all there! Cant wait!

Coolies, come say hi :)

Train isn't that bad, I thin there's one that goes straight to parra from homebush, so you should be all good...

Dunno about a lift though, I'm local compared to Parramatta :)

yeah dude, i've been away mate was suppose to keep you guys updated with everything but clearly hasn't done that... I fully apologise for the inconvience ey... i'll be down there friday morning... not familiar with area were abouts can i meet you guys or just at 2 at homebush

Hey guys, from what I've gathered I'll be driving Brentons (redevil) car down. A few of my mates are showing their cars aswell, so if their set up time is earlier than yours we'll just meet you at the show grounds. To make it easier I'll give you guys my phone number aswell so that if you can't get hold of Brenton, you can ring me. Anyway, number is 0412 177 050. We're staying in Ryde but hoping to have a car organised to get to and from the show.

Thanks,

Andrew

We will be there around 7ish with Laurens car aswell :nyaanyaa:

Yep basically you take your keys with you unless you are happy for someone to drive your car to dyno stand or db stand...

There is usually a massive line up from 2pm onwards so when ever you get there guy's is cool, We are still not totally decided on how the cars will be display, Jay and the flooring basically need to get in first to set up and then go by who rocks up..will need extra hands to help set up and get stuff sorted out :nyaanyaa:

So we have:

1 X R34 GTR

1 X R34 Gtt

6 X R33 GTS-t

2 X R32 GTR

Is this right???

well...here's my effort....

had last friday off to drop car at Bodyform to get sideskirts changed...around 400klm round trip

worked today...left home straight after work to pick car up from Bodyform and drop off at Jet detailing at Brookvale...another 500klm

run around thursday picking up display board and stickers...about 150klm

pick car up from Jet detailing friday morning, drop car at croydon's, pick up from croydon's, set up at autosalon and head home...another 500klm

leave home saturday morning to attend show, stay saturday night, attend show all day sunday, pack up display and head home...about 400klm

phew....almost 2000klm...for a bloody car show...

this is the final Sydney Autosalon i do...if we crack 500AWKW in front of a good crowd it will be worth it.

    • LOL, all of the CAI like Craig I just need to put a hole saw through my bumper Done and dusted, the car runs, which is nice, I'll take it for a spin when the weather clears up Just need to put the bumper back on for good

    • Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
