Hi people,

I'm just about to get vertex body kit for my r32 gts-t and just wonderring where the best place to buy? I'm consider the quality of their product, like how they fit to the car.. how straight on the kit.. ect.. also, the price on their kit? how much u guys paid for the kit?

thanks in advance

i just recently fitted a vertex kit to my 4door. i was a bit sketchy at the start when i decided to buy a copy but i just had a look around, and from experience with friends buying cheap kits. you do get what you pay for.

i think with all fiberglass copies they will all vary slightly in the way they fit. and also depending on how strait ur car is.!

goodluck

we sell em for $600 for the full set. quality is good, fits well.

hi mate,

need bit more detail on ur kit.. are u selling as private or u have a shop? any location? pick up or can delivered? how much to 2250 NSW? any pics of ur kit fitted on ur customer cars?

Cheers

um do some work for a shop... i guess i could show you the vertex kit we put on my old car...

shop is in melbourne, so probably not worth it cos shipping will be like $150 or more on top.

you might wanna try http://www.jap.com.au they're based in Sydney.

that "wide mouth" vertex looks exactly the same as my Aeromaster vertex copy that some company in QLD pulled a mould off (think they're out of business now). Didn't have to modify the reo to fit it.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
