i went for a hills run last night in the 31 with the roads very slippery.....was much fun. Had to bed in the bottom end bearings so yea..took it for a strap.

Dam straight Damo would rather do SAU them heroin gts4 are 4.1 because they share the same parts from the gtr i think r32 gtst is 4.3 because of the lack of torque from the rb20

Im down near morphett street/sth terrace intersection. gotta enjoy the view while i have it, gonna be moving deeper into the cube farm soon :bunny:

im stuck in an office all day in the cube farm. The sun is shining out my window, and i can see all the homeless guys and the ducks wandering about in the south parklands. :bunny:

yeah pretty lucky to have a park to look at out the window, only problem is it one of "those parks" that u dont go in after dark, or you might get propositioned by someone of the same gender (thats as politically correct as i can say it :bunny: )

the day the clipsal interests me (very selfish I know) is the day Im out on the track racing

in someone elses car :)

last time I went to the clipsal myself and a mate ingested a green-chocky cake on a 42deg day, had a few brews, and raved the night away later that night (met an ex as well, was a good night) :w00t:

Has the full track been confirmed Nick?

I read in the paper the other day they were considering it because the victoria park rebuild got rejected by council, but I thought they were waiting too see how attendances went this year?

      I am yet to see anyone ever regret a quaife or helical. ...other than drifting/skidpan duties. I kind of want to upgrade my factory helical with a Quaife (but really it's not ultimately that different, and is a MASSIVE UNDERTAKING), that's how good the hype is about them, that I want to try them 'just to see'

      D2 and Ksport are essentially the same thing and basically just generic Taiwanese manufacture. Better than ChinaBay crap, but... not top shelf. Öhlins have got to be some of the best dampers around, so likely to be a good option. It's going to get to the point though where I suggest you buy from Oz. We have at least 2x excellent options here. If I were you though, I'd be talking to KW about doing something for the R33. There's bugger all difference between that and the 32. In GTR land, anyway.

      KW only offers a set for the R32 GTR. Popular options are D2 racing, Ksport or Öhlins. I have a D2 Racing coilover set, though I don't know for sure which one.

      Fair enough, I am in no way a tire expert so I'm not familiar with all the terms and conditions. I'll definitely note down the AD09 to potentially try in the future. Rain is not too big of a concern for now as I will probably only drive in the rain when I have to. And considering I still lack experience driving the GTR I'd more than likely take it easy too. I have coilovers in the car but as I barely got to drive so far I never bothered to even check if they are adjustable haha. The suspension is almost entirely old and worn as well so I suppose when I eventually fix that in the future that would make a huge difference.
