its ben spec now...........he sent me a photo and told me i had to witness it in person..............physically wouldnt be able to get it lower LOL

LIES! :D

I heard that it's going lower now.....:w00t:

Oh, heard it runs too. >_<

What radiator is better for a r31 with a rb20det a 50mm Alloy Radiator or a r31 rb30e radiator?

S3 RB30E radiator is the best. Even against a 50mm alloy.

Joel (SLY-031) hasnt seen over 80 odd degree's in his, and that isnt just some hard driving. Thats straight out thrashing.

Id tell you how good mine is, but my car hasnt been driven in 8 months or so >_<

most of your block heard that it runs :D

They're gonna figure out that it drives as well :D

Just need those caliper banjo bolts machined and extended wheel studs for the front.

Soon my pet.... soon :D

haha, fair enough.

you said it yourself, it aint worth it, but its still gonna be a shitload of fun :D

especially on private property and shit... :D

i dont hav any problems with coolant temp with my stock radiator

only thing that causes a temp issue with mine is lack of oil cooler

    • We used Knox Drive shafts years ago when we were doing gravel rally, good guy but I heard it had changed hands? He's got a lot of stuff and is miles cheaper than GJ and so on. He used to have a lathe setup with a MIG torch on the tool holder so he could get the uni welds just right, quite a clever guy. I just got a driveshaft done for my sequential installation and that was through Balancing Services Australia in Preston, they did the Gibson cars in the old days. New genuine CV's, billet yoke, new centre bearing and chome moly shaft was $2k.
    • Thanks for sharing that mate, I've got a couple of spares on the shelf but all the unis are tight....will give old mate a shout. BTW are you sure it wasn't just a $400 paint job? Any detail of what they replaced (cut/reweld?)
    • Yeah I saw that about the US Q50 recently, apparently it was shown to Inifiniti dealers (probably to help with their depression about the cars they can sell). Seemed like a really obvious step to me, the platforms are very similar in many ways. Even if there aren't many people who actually put the money up it should really help with image/reputation. What hasn't been clear anywhere if that is a V38 model of if they are just going to add the trans as an option in a new model year. What they did with the Z from 370z to "Z" is just weird so I'd be surprised if they released this as a V38. Great news for me to have an option; it is far from confirmed that I can get any decent track sessions through the auto so having a manual I can swap to is great.
    • I ordered it this morning, I'll disassemble it post pic's and info following delivery.
