Bah i like the new model with the 1078cc engine.

ummmm ruby has the first bike in the pic very fast and a comfortable ride for passengers i love being on his bike. ask roo about it if you want one :)

I have a 4ft aquarium, i have about 8 Kribensis Chiclids, 2 clown loaches, 2 Bolivian Butterflys, 2 glass catfish, 1 bristlenose catfish, 2 mollies, 4 blue tetra, 4 red tetras, 3 guppies.

I also have a pretty cool looking Red Horseface... but I keep that in my parents aquarium so it wont eat my Tetras.

Im also going to buy a Ghost Knife soon as they are pretty cool fish.

.....

What aquarium shops seem to have the largets range of fish in adelaide?

just a quick one for all that are thinking of a group buy on back sack and crack:

1. Do not shave the treatment area for at least 10 to 14 days before you wax. If you do, the procedure hurts more; a lot more. Also, it’s not quite as effective as when the hairs are longer.

2. Pre-medicate about an hour before the procedure. No matter how macho you are, take your chosen pain reliever about an hour before your appointment.

For me, pre-op alone for a Brazilian wax involves taking at least three Advil’s, multiple deep breaths, experiencing several aborted panic attacks as well as mental exercises to distance myself from my body to deal with the pain and the utter shame that I will surely feel as the waxist molds me into certain, inhuman positions. I don’t do yoga, so my ankles do not hook behind my ears all that easily.

3. Shower and clean your entire body thoroughly before the appointment. It’s only fair. You will see what I mean as this service involves a certain amount of nudity and some very embarrassing positions.

4. Make sure to seek the services of a licensed esthetician who is trained in the Brazilian technique and regularly treats men. Calling first is a good idea.

5. Use a good body scrub between wax treatments to discourage in-grown hairs such as DERMAdoctor KP Duty Dermatologist Body Scrub with Chemical + Physical Medi-Exfoliation, Peter Thomas Roth AHA/BHA Face & Body Polish, California North Gelskin Scrub and Neova Body Smoother.

6. Apply No Bump Skin Treatment after the procedure to the newly hairless area to stave off ingrown hairs which form when hairs, growing back after waxing, fail to grow out of the skin. The hairs curl over inside the follicles under the skin and create an unsightly "bump" that can be painful, if it becomes infected.

7. If a burn occurs, apply Vaseline or Polysporin Ointment or Neova After Shave Therapy to soothe the affected area.

8. You also may need some ibuprofen or aspirin after the procedure if your muscles are sore from the pretzel-like positions your body was molded into by your waxist/torturer.

9. If errant hairs appear, be ready to tweeze. You may need to purchase your own tweezer like Tweezerman Professional Beauty and Body Waxing Tweezer as your partner probably won’t want to share theirs. Can you really blame them?

10. It’s not over just because it’s over. As we women know, waxing may last longer than shaving – and I stress may – but that doesn’t mean you are free and clear of your hair-removal responsibilities for extended periods of time. Men too will probably need to wax every four to six weeks. So you may want to consider making your next appointment before you check out or else you will surely lose your nerve.

catalina aquarium, parafield gardens they got huge ghost knifes.. and alot of fishes

yeah, i know its a bit of work, but they look amazing when looked after....

i didnt realize there was THAT much work though.....

def going tropical though

atm i have 4 goldfish each around 20cm long and fat as all hell (120 ea) and various other cold water colours

but im bored of them, too easy to look after, and not enough variation

if you keen to sell the corner unit, let me know,

Craig the predator fish are the best and funnest ones to keep (the 1's that feed on goldfish)

ive kept all sorts, had a big 6foot australian native freshwater predator tank consisting of MURRAY COD, YELLOWFIN, PERCH, SNAKE HEAD GUDGEON, SLEEPY COD, TANTANUS CATFISH and they all grow BIG, when it came to feeding time it was a BIG frenzy all you could see was gold scales haha

but the best fish 2 keep are SARATOGA (AUS VERSION OF AROWANA) and BARRAMUNDI

BARRAMUNDI have lightning response when it comes to feeding, had 4 foot long ones in the same tank

    • The German place in Cabramatta was rock solid, fresh pretzel cooked to order back then. Then it went all quiet, after all the poker machines were removed, then I believe it closed for good. I did drive past the other week and noticed outdoor lighting a big screen, but no idea what is there now.
    • Yeah I suspect even if you hold airmass per cycle/cylinder constant if you get too far away from stock you're still going to have problems running the factory tune within the bounds of the factory load scale. Cams, different displacement/rod ratio, etc. I'm just lucky that the GTIII-SS with wastegate boost + CA compliance cats is pretty much equivalent to stock turbos. When I have actual space I can finally get it tuned and modify the fuel system for flex fuel to 100% handle any detonation concerns when cranking the boost to whatever those dinky turbos can put out.
    • I would say no, why, because my daughter, who also lives in Goulburn, hasn't recommended us going there Pity, as we miss all the German joints around in Sydney, actually, the restaurants are the only thing I really miss about Sydney, and a special mention to Ishibanboshi at Bondi Junction, their Kara-age Don is heart cloggingly deliciousness (always added a special boiled egg...or 2) 😋
    • Does that German restaurant still exist in the old place out the NW end of Goulburn? When I say "out the NW end of"...I am really being vague. It was 1997 when I was last there, and the only point of reference I can recall is that it was on the opposite side of the main drag from the big merino. And when I say "opposite side of the main drag", I don't mean "on the main drag". It was either a couple of streets back from there, or might have even been out in the sticks a bit further. Was an old farm building or mill or somesuch. And when I say "the big merino" I might actually be thinking of a completely different part of town, because I just looked on maps and the big bugger is not where I remembered him to be! The food was good, consisting largely of various German mystery-meat sausage/loaf things and kartofflen.
    • So while the second sentence is completely correct and the whole point of the conversation, the first sentence bears consideration. If this bloke is just hoping to throw big turbos on and drive it around, because there are no helpful facilities at all in his tropical paradise** then he likely has zero chance of even knowing what the TP is on the last column in the stock maps, let alone know whether the ECU is operating anywhere near it or past it. So the point is very very moot. And, per what I said before, at stock boost on those turbos, you may well be off the end of the map. **I'm just back from Vanuatu, so I know exactly what small Pacific nations can be like wrt paradise without requisite facilities. But it's not even that simple. I put a high flow on my car and had to drive it around without a proper tune because of the lack of opportunity*** to put the bigger AFM and injectors into it to allow it to be tuned. I had to turn the boost down to less than I had before, and back off the boost controller's ramp, because it was exploring parts of the map that it didn't drive in before, and really couldn't access for tuning on the dyno either, and so was pinging. It was still well within the last column, because when I first**** set up the Nistune on the Neo I rescaled all axes of the maps to give some more space to explore. ***Family dyno was broken ****This was 13 years ago, and the TIM thing wasn't a thing then and so TP would definitely grow when pushing past the stock tune's limits.
