Hey guys, i have a few questions in regards to wiring the EMS to an RB25. We're doing it ourselves and we have hit a few problems, the manual EMS provides doesnt have a lot of information so i was wondering if anyone with any experience with these could help me out.

1) Can you wire the VVT, and where to on the ECU?

2) Fuel Pump to Aux 1?

Tacho Out to Aux 2?

3) When wiring coils to the ECU, the ECU supplies ignition 1, 2 and 3. Does:

IGN 1 - coils 1 and 6?

IGN 2 - coils 2 and 5?

IGN 3 - coils 3 and 4?

4) Can you have TPS(from RB30) closed and TPS wide open with automatic transmission?

5) The ECU provides two wires for the injectors? Which 3 injectors go to each driver?

Any information would be awesome. Cheers for taking time to read anywayz!

If your EMS is not to old it will have 4 AUX outputs,Use one for the VVT,AUX to one pin on VVT and 12v to other. Tuner can setup.

2) Fuel Pump to Aux 1?Yes Turn on in software

Tacho Out to Aux 2?Yes Turn on in software

3) When wiring coils to the ECU, the ECU supplies ignition 1, 2 and 3. Does:

IGN 1 - coils 1 and 6?

IGN 2 - coils 2 and 5?

IGN 3 - coils 3 and 4? Yes to all.

4) Can you have TPS(from RB30) closed and TPS wide open with automatic transmission?Hook To the 3 pin plug that is a pot resistor not the one that is on/off.

5) The ECU provides two wires for the injectors? Which 3 injectors go to each driver?Should have 3 outputs so use INJ 1/2/3 batched.

Any information would be awesome. Cheers for taking time to read anywayz!

If your EMS has 2 Aux outputs and 2 inj drivers then this is not the ECU for you,Trade for later EMS or other. Read thru the reply as there is notes added. Edited by N I B
