Conflicting times are said depending on the source, what did the thing run around the 'Ring?

7.38 on a partly damp circuit is one i've heard.

Although its apparantly good for a 7.44 according to another source....

I read that it did a 7:37 on a circuit with damp sections and an inside word was that a 7:30 could be on the cards in perfect conditions....... big ask!

Porsche 911 Turbo records 7:40....................... Porsche is lighter,shorter,more power, better p/w ratio..........
