My 33 was originaly bought by a mate, he was tossing up between this one and one with that dash, the only reason he didnt get the one with the dash was because he had never seen one before and thought it would be to hard to replace if something went wrong, tight arse f**ker, i should have one of those now :)

does anyone know if this unit would still work with an aftermarket ECU!!!!!!!

yes it does,

im using mine with a powerfc, but you will not get the display unless you have the epson ej1 system and you need the remote too or else you can't change what you see on the dash.

it was only made for the R33

Wow that looks wicked installed! I always thought it looked kinda cheap but when its actually in....

i wanna put one in but wont be able to see the speedo and tacho at the rides with my lil 320mm wheel ;)

lol!

yes they are pretty cool :P its a limited edition nismo dash with the option of sat-nav or epson ej-1 driving emotion system. they are extremely rare, they come up on yahoo-auction very rarely, and the dash normally sell upwards of 60,000yen and then you need to find the epson ej-1 system which can sell upwards of 40,000yen

the epson ej-1 system display information like, speed, rpm, g-force, power, torque, lap time, fuel eco etc etc

here some photo of mine

OOOFTt.... that's crazy!!!

i want that now =P

can u do other stuff on it? liek watch dvds and etc? or is it just like the tacho, speed, oil and etc?

Yeah, I have to agree with Police - it is mad, but looks kinda cheap - that's the only let-down but it is awesome.

It's still for sale, grab it if you really want it.

I dunno, the display design looks kinda crappy to me

the display design is like from 1993/1994 so it does look dated. Easy way to solve the problem is to buy a data-logging software or hardware and just hook it into the tv.

you can watch dvd etc if u add the input

Carfull

The one you have listed is for a WC34 Stagea, not R33

The Epson EJ1 system, is this an additional item that is required or do R33's have this in them ready to go?

    • Ok I get you. But isn’t the butterfly intake a headache with the +T?  see this is my plan so far but please advise me into the right direction.  Nistune Ecu, 1000cc Bosch injectors, TD05 or TD06 Kinugawa turbo using stock rb25det exhuast manifold, walbro fuel pump unsure of model I think it’s 450/460, spitfire coils and sparks to suit and a R35 MAF sensor and boost sensor.    I was thinking maybe do a cheap eBay plenum $400-500 or try find a stock det neo intake. I think I’d port match it so it’s getting the full capacity but open to advice please.  Thanks
    • The issue now is the 'fuel cut' while driving, and when it happend, it does not stall. This, I did not test the fuel pressure while driving as I cannot with a fuel pressure gauge. I do have Nistune logs, yes. I have also replaced the MAF Sensor.   Also related to the FPG Fuel Hanger – I just realized that I need a Deutsch Crimp Tool to crimp some cables for the FPG Fuel Hanger. Need to purchase additional cables as the kit only included 2, which are for the float. FPG has not responded to my emails so far since purchasing. I thought about taking it to someone and having it done professionally, but I am reluctant since everyone I took it to messed up in some way.
    • There's a good German place in Brisbane if youre up for the drive 😛
    • The German place in Cabramatta was rock solid, fresh pretzel cooked to order back then. Then it went all quiet, after all the poker machines were removed, then I believe it closed for good. I did drive past the other week and noticed outdoor lighting a big screen, but no idea what is there now.
    • Yeah I suspect even if you hold airmass per cycle/cylinder constant if you get too far away from stock you're still going to have problems running the factory tune within the bounds of the factory load scale. Cams, different displacement/rod ratio, etc. I'm just lucky that the GTIII-SS with wastegate boost + CA compliance cats is pretty much equivalent to stock turbos. When I have actual space I can finally get it tuned and modify the fuel system for flex fuel to 100% handle any detonation concerns when cranking the boost to whatever those dinky turbos can put out.
