N1 Turbos

gday, is it possible to see the model numbers of R34 N1's without taking them off to confirm that they are actually N1's?

selling the car and buyer wants to make sure

No, but you can just take a few top intake pipes off to get a good enough look at numbers...

Or mobile phone camera + torch might do it if you've got little hands.

The turbo itself will have something like 14411-AA403 stamped on it, if its different just look up the number on google. There is a chart on here somewhere with all different turbos compared with codes.

I've had my 32R for a year now and I still haven't physically confirmed my gtr has 34n1s myself...

yeah i know the numbers and have seen the chart....hopefully i will spot them and can trust the guy that installed them....car is in bris and i am in syd so bit hard at moment for me to look

Yes you can spot the numbers while they are installed on the car. it will take a small torch and alot of looking around at all sorts of angles.
