6-8k depends where u get the parts, what parts u use and who you get to do the machining/assembly

that price would have to be a drive in drive out with a new engine job. if you handed in a bottom end and got that built it shouldnt be more then 4k

Shouldn't be more than 4k with a built engine with tomei internals including parts and labour.......i really doubt that Unless you mean labour will be 4k.
