Carbon Fiber R35 Gtr Briefcase... Yes Please

Recommended Posts

Yep. They're 8,000 - 10,000 yen (about $80-$100 AUD) a piece depending on the one you want. I have the pricing catalog I will get some pics of it and upload it later.

I bought the second one down for 8,000 yen from Ginza Nissan Gallery. Something you can't tell in the pictures though is how heavy they are. They are all made with solid steel backings and weigh a huge amount for a small keyring which makes you feel a little better about parting with $80 for a keyring. Not much better but anyways...

Is this one available?

I bought the briefcase!!!

it took me 10 minutes to make that decision and part with 1000$+ aussie... but i figured you cant buy it back here and you can only buy it limited from places such as nissan in Ginza or the Tokyo Autosalon

ITS PORN. And its not worth 1k but the finish and the quality is UNBEATABLE.

It even came with a nissan genuine parts item number and its made in japan.

I had to leave the box back at the train station trying to juggle 2 x suitcases and 2 x briefcases.

You're crazy! I thought spending $450 on a keyring and a wallet was a lot.

Congrats though it certainly was a hot item. Those Ginza girls were alright too and almost talked me into a few more purchases but i resisted.

The GTR Collection was not for sale at Auto Salon as far as I could see did you get your briefcase in Ginza? I got a bunch of GTR collection catalogs but couldn't see the actual items there.

it was sold at teh autosalon they had a stand there. YOu had to ask for the briefcase, as it wasnt on show and is in their catalogue.

FYI that FULL CF case that costs 5 grand US is discontinuted... I would of remortgaged the cars for one of those.

    • Sorry to hear your HFM BM57 was faulty,  did you contact HFM I would hope they would be at least grateful for the information if there was some sort of manufacturing fault, you would hope they would be sympathetic even if your item was 2 years old if it had never been fitted. May I ask where it leaked from ?
    • Cats are called Bella, and Donna...  Like that poisonous plant And I remember your 2 monsters, I remember making a little bit of wee when you let them out... LOL I have already installed cat doors into the laundry where their kitty litter is, and the sun room, apart from the cat doors there's not going to be any permanent mounted stuff on the interior walls (interior doors are cheap and easy to replace) I will get a outdoor cat cage thingie once I finish the landscaping out back... https://catnip.com.au/ The only off limit areas are the main bedroom and the gym room....but, currently the cats are curled up in bed, in the main bedroom with the Mrs.....LOL, the off limits for the kittens to the main bedroom lasted about 5 minutes with Jackie I currently only have 1 free standing huge cat tree multiple level scratching post thingie in the lounge room, but, I will be getting another one soon now that I'm happy with the furniture layout in the back room and have a perfect spot for it
    • All of this is making it seem clear that running the Coppermix twin was definitely the way to go, especially in hindsight with how insane tariffs have gotten and the strength of the USD vs yen at the time.
    • That sounds like no chance of even importing one for road registering then Now I see why Duncan wants to check LHD rules for Targa...   I wonder how "bolt in" the AWD would be if you got one imported from the US and swapped it to an AUD one
    • Not to mention they drive like a bucket of bolts! yuck!
