Removing A/c And Cd Deck

Does any1 know how to remove the A/C and the CD deck on R34. im trying to do a bit of DIY but I dont know where to start.

I need to remove the AC so i can install my new leds and reomove the old CD player.

Help please anyone.

yes I do, as I'm sure most other 34 owners would. I've just finished playing around with that area of my car.
