Nice work on the cooking.

I went and got my exercise bike back this weekend so I can do some cardio and a little leg work that's easier on my ankle and back.

Also, that 65% session was actually bit more than I thought when I did the numbers. I have't gym'd since last Wednesday =\

Thats what you want!! Snacking is my issue i have the worst addiction to food. I eat a huge meal then less than 5min later i am starving again. Good on a bulk but a cuts worst nightmare

My issue often is time. I have twin three year old boys, so I just wanted a few of these as a backup, for those days when both me and my other half are too buggered to cook dinner. And taking lunch is essential for my work. Where my office is, there are absolutely no healthy options for lunch. everything is deep fried and/or unhealthy.

Decided to get a bit more serious and start getting organised and planning meals for the week.

Hopefully it helps. Will do some more meals up tonight and freeze a whole bunch, so I have healthy meal options at my fingertips.

Good work!

This is me every Sunday

Meal prepping for the week

What you got there?

Top (or to the right, thanks to not rotating the photo), is grilled chicken breast, with steamed vegies.

Other one is steak stir fry. no sauce, just diced steaks, cabbage, mushrooms, capsicum and onion.

I also do tuna steaks for lunch during the week with steamed vegies (have a few containers of cut up raw veggies ready), but I don't pre pack it due to being fresh fish. buy the fish on my way home from work and cook it up that evening for tomorrow's lunch.

Cheers. Twins, so ran out of time to go to my gym. Instead of getting a skyline again, decided to get a gym. Now just trying to get max use out of it. Just got an old computer plugged into the tv so I can stream crap to watch when I work out, instead of relying on free to air

As it sits now. Thinking of getting a few mirrors, but too much of a tightass at the moment.

Farken. I'd get myself an MRI or two if I could find a way to bring the cost down to no more than $100 out of pocket :( could love to know what damage I've REALLY done to my upper spine and SIJ hahaha

Just spend the money before u pop a disc like me, they will write a report and ur gp will give u the good or bad news

Been there, done that (well, likely just buldged lol).

No *current* issues though, aside from occasional SIJ pain (which really just feels like brutal muscle pump).

It's more to know what state everything is currently in, rather than determine a particular problem. Not really keen to spend hundreds just for the hell of it :(

    • The wiring diagram for the R33 RB25 is freely available, and is essentially the same same as most other RBs (just with differences as to which pin # does which job). To get the ECU to power up, you just need to provide power to the ECCS relay, and have the other power feeds that come in from the top left of the wiring diagram (wrt the ECU) that give perma power to the fuel pump relay, the ECU itself, etc etc, all connected. When you put power on all these it will just come to life. It's pretty clear from the diagram what needs to happen. Just follow the lines from the 12V + supply stuff in the top left over towards the ECU. I've even posted snips of such diagrams (not for vanilla 25, I think for Neo and 26) to various threads here in the last few months, talking about what it takes to get the fuel pump and FPCM up and going. Search these up and they will help get you started on doing the same with the vanilla 25 diagram. Hell, for all I know, I've done the same with that one in years past and have forgotten.
    • Yep...so unless someone posts up the answer you will need to probe from the ECU connector to the dash plug with a multi meter in continuity mode to trace the wires.  Note the ECU has multiple - and + (and across different key settings - Battery, IGN and Start) and most likely the power is fed from the connector(s) that is normally near the left hand headlight.
    • Thanks Duncan, I am actually just trying to get the Rb turning and running with the RB25DET S2 original loom itself  I am just trying to get it going outside the body and not thinking about the S15 or trying to match anything to the S15 loom at all I am only trying to see if anyone has done this and what pin they found to be the ignition trigger and ECU+/- on the dash connector, that's about it. Thanks
    • Hi Guys, Does anyone know any aftermarket part numbers for a starter motor to suit the VQ25DET? I can find lots of alternative part number for the VQ35DE, which I assume would fit, but there is a lot of conflicting information out there. Thanks..
    • I don't understand how this hasn't boiled down to - Upgrade the turbo when you have everything required. ECU, injectors, fuel pump, turbo, etc. Do it all at once.  If you don't have everything required, just enjoy the car as it is and keep saving up your pennies.
