Rb25det Problem

hi, i've just spent 9k on getting my engine rebuilt after a water line broke and cooked my motor. After all this work i have had to replace the coils as the standard one broke down. So i got some spitfire coils from japan. Since i've replaced them the boost has changed. it suppost to be about 15 psi but sometimes it got to 20psi(which my guage goes to) and more sometimes. i brought a garrett t3/t4 turbo on a high mount manifold(stainless steel) with external wastegate and 4 inch dump pipe. it has done the manifold gasket to the head twice now. they just put gasket glue on it as the gasket needs to be a 5 different layer one that is hard to get so that it can move with the heat change. there is also a crack in the manifold and he reakons that the combustion is happening and creating more boost. i should get another manifold and i don't know what to do. it doesn't do it everytime so i don't know. also the dipstick has blown out 3 times. i took it back to the guy that did all the work and he said it not breathing enough and says i need a catch can. if anyone knows of way or means to check my problems please let me know.
