Change My Highmount Turbo To Low Mount?

hey guys have a high mount t04e turbo kit on my r32 at the moment and not really liking the risk of running it. i was just wondering if i could use the same turbo but change the maniofold to a low mount and maybe change the plumbing and front pipe perhaps? is this possible because i'm happy with the turbo but just don't like the whole highmount turbo saying hello to you when you open up the hood.

If so how much do they go for and where could i get one to suit my t04e turbo?

IMO the cost of doing this, it would be simple to just sell it all. Mainfold + Turbo + Dump and get stock twin mainfold and new twin low mount turbos 320hp + second hand dumps such as tomie style big bell mouth and you car will be much more responsive vitually no lag.

Thats assuming he has a GTR. But to go low mount you will need a new manifold,new dump might get away with using the lines you have,maybe a new intake depending how you have it setup.

And then there is the question can you fit a T04 under there?

yeh just got a gtst. yeh i guess the cost and fiddling around would be a massive hassle plus yeh not sure if it can go low mount so i guess it would be just to sell it off and get the stock setup going? what bigger turbos do you guys know will fit low mount under there?

its a shame your in melb.. im in sydney and just fitted my new low mount setup a couple of weeks ago, i would have swaped manifolds, piping, turbo lines ect with you, i could have even done the work for you if in syd. damn!
