they are H1, u will need 1 for each light .. just open the bonnect look behind the light .. its very easy once u see it... twist the cover open.. play around with the clip that holds it there ... you'll know when u see it .. and those blue xenons i don't think are blue at all .. just white .. they turn less white after a while of use ..

hope that helps

Get Philips or Osram. Both brands sell very good quality blue and white bulbs. Most of the other "blue" brands produce the wrong kind of blue (there are exceptions but I don't know of them). I am going to get some Philips white bulbs myself. They're only $80 for 4, but I am holding off until I get my tax refund. My insurance came in and it hurts :P

Narva bulbs are over-powered to get their brightness and as such tend to fail early.

well from what i know pretty much everything out there is pretty shit .. there is one brand called ... damn i can't remember ...oh yeah its PIAZZ ... its what u find in BMW and all them $$$ cars stock ... they are the whitest and brightest u will ever see ... but i think it costs like 150 a pair ... my cousin had them on his R33 and they looked the goods ... but if u can't afford them ... well just do what i do and get whatever cause you're goign to be replacing them heaps heheehe ... just don't get any grease on the bulb or u will be replacing them even more ...

The only place that used to sell them was a place in melb that closed down.... they were like $150 a pair but were marked up heaps. I got mine for like 70 bucks a pair from Hong Kong. There must be someone around in Aust (even a mail order place) that can get them for under a hundred bucks

The Philips Vision Plus I want to get are $40 a pair from Autobarn. I think Covingtons might be a bit cheaper, I will check there before I buy. I think the blue ones are in the same price range.

Hippy, I don't think they're illegal, but ask the shop guys. If you don't want to take their word then maybe ask the RTA, or just ask the cop when he pulls you over :D

Kdawgboostin33, I wouldn't bother changing the parkers. Why would you want to?

Hi Guys, though i'd post up some pics, theres hardly any difference looking at my crudy photos, but I have to say it really makes a difference when driving, i'd estimate about 30% better.

These are Philips Vison Plus ($39 from Autobarn) they were actually the cheapest ones they had. They have blue tips, but there is no blue element visible both when driving and looking at them from different angles with the naked eye.

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
