In the pic it instructs to cut the white wire to ground. But in this link it says to cut the black wire:

Oops, my bad. Sorry I just chucked that arrow in there as an afterthought to add more 'usefullness' to the pic'... got it wrong, fixed below:

...also good advice. Don't do a hurried job of cutting wires, makes a mess
