Who know what 15" rims, wantanbe's or after market will fit the GTR32 and what slicks also fit. trying hard to find info with limited results/

Nothing i have found clears the calipers - even if i have to use spacer plate i still don't know what will fit - must be some one who knows ?

i have already got the above on , but will need to go full slick eventually. All slicks seem to suit 15"rims , if there was a 16" i would have a look at it.

i have just been informed that a Yokahama Advan 15' rim should fit where the damn ya get those

Offensive just mentoined using a smaller caliper? I still wonder what rim people have used even doing that?

Theo Woolet's [ON EDGE] Drag 32 GTR runs stock rims with slicks, if you can find out what hes running....

and even if he's only running semi slicks, hes doing 8 second passes in them.

Got a feeling your right, doubt though whether he is using the MT ET's now?

Interesting if he is but i don't think so- wonder what slickes - if he is , using because i cant seem to find any true slicks in a 16, wonder how is going for wall height and associate well clearance ?

There are definitely 16" slicks available. I agree...run the drag radials first and then switch to full slicks.

Youve got it, just finding 16" slicks with correct profiles hard to find.If people are running 8 on radials imagine what they could do with having better traction? still like to know what Theo's using - opened his web site in attempt to contact him but site seems to have afew glitches,i'll try agin later - any linlks to 16' slicks any one ?

Have a look at the link. That uses 15" advan rims. http://www.tomei-p.co.jp/_2003web-catalogue/e230_drag.html

Now thats what i want!

he was running in the street tyre class last season which means no slicks. i have had 15' rims on the rear of my gtst and a front runner with big offset on the front, otherise the single pot calliper will give you more clearance. dont need big brakes for drag racing, and if your planning on going fast enough to run slicks you will have a chute anyway.

What 15" rims did you use ?

bogart racing wheels from the states can be made to suit r32gtr with oem brakes will make to order so you can run 26x10x15 slicks without any modifications. squaring of the inner guards will allow you to fit 28x10x15/16

both heattreatments & hks skyline use bogart rims

All done boys - managed to obtain the Tomei drag car wheels ( one that was stolen and dismantled) - nice and light - bolt straight on - Adavans. Have slicks on, no good for use but good for fit up . Thanks to Mark from Godzilla Racing and the lads at Hi Octane . Arrive mid next week.

Cheers ya all.

    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
