I don't think I have seen a white R32 around how long have you had it? I go past the Soarer and Supra every morning as well I'm usally driving the Yellow Mazda with the really loud exhaust.

Good to hear you get your License back, I've heard that some brissy cops are up here teaching ours how to use the new DB meter, bit of a blitz going on.

I heard a little story a while ago that someone went to Rocky I think, to pick up there R32 GTR and on the way home it burst into flames. I'm not to sure what happened just heard the story, has anyone in Central Highlands heard this?

Hey Mega GTS-4... that thing sounds really cool...

are you happy with then end result or are you going to keep modifying the RB26...

I think it is a great way of getting a GTR... and because it is all it a GTS body everyone thinks it is just another skyline... little do they know...

The other good thing happening at the moment is the 88-89 R32 GTR's that are available from many importers cheap... particularly prestige motorsport or the likes... I was thinking that a cheap R32 that had a big list of mods would be really cool... even if it came over and the RB26 had some serious issues with blowby and the like... perfect time to build a RB30 bottom end... massive horsepower and a 4WD... I like the sound of that... maybe it is time to sell the old Q with Boost... although it has been a faithful rig and I would like to get it down to the 12's before reassigning it too light track duties... (I love the Clubsprint Meets at Ipswich)

anyway I hope you guys are all running at the 16th... and if not atleast come and say Hi...

check this out

Hi Rick, I've seen the Grey GTR a couple of times usually just putting around but I haven’t seen it for a while now.

The story I heard was supposably that the Sky that caught a light was only just bought.

No sorry I don't know peter tease and wazza, I get my fuel from Shell for both my cars, I think I'm a bit of a hermit.:)

that car that burst into flames was an R33. He was from Blackwater I believe. There is a pretty bombed R33 at blackwater too we had a look at it the other week it was in at Garths shop getting some work done on it. Appreantly it was one of the first R33 to be imported to australia (been here since 1995).

We also have 3 red 300zxTT's 2 seaters here. 2 0f i know have been to Willowbank 1 has run a best of 12.56 the other 13.8 & the 3rd one is owned by a old dude that wouldn't race it. At one stage there was 5 red ones here but one has gone to St George & the other went back to Brisbane.

    • You'd want to cap off the re-entry back into the dump too. Just something flat that can be held on by the Vband.
    • Thanks for the recap Matt Z. It was a great day out and I know you have said it already, but we couldn’t have done it without the volunteers.
    • Couldn't agree anymore, massive thanks to all that came by, helped out, or those who just wanted to talk cars. You are the community that make this such a great car club. cant wait for what we have planned for the future
    • Looking at the photos, you could easily just drop this pipe and dump into atmosphere  Just 1 or 2 quick hits for data acquisition - if have a heat shield material and/or sheet metal, maybe just use wire/metal cable ties and attach it in a way to deflect heat from melting nearby wires.
