Driver
Can anyone recommend a place I can get my carpet and seats professionally cleaned? They're aren’t in bad shape but I just want to get out the grime that’s kind of built up over the years. NISZILA
I would also like an answer to this. Someone decided to spill coke on my passenger seat yesterday. Went on a Macca's run, and get no cup tray Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/219898-carpet-and-seat-cleaning/#findComment-3878051 Share on other sites
Driver
Or even better, suggest a product that I can use myself.. and I dont mean one of those sprays, I'm talking about a shampoo type product. phenline
i use eagle 1 car shampoo comes with a brush type of head that you use to work the foam into where ever you want it. It has worked very well on my parents car. Other than that i dont know of anyone that actually does it for you. you could also buy a cheap steam cleaner and use that and the shampoo for best results i would say. fire_angel
Methylated spirits and an air gun work really well on seat upholstry. and you can use normal carpet shampoo on your carpets, just air the car out for a couple of days after... Noobs for Life
hi Driver, i used AAA Auto Detailers (i think they are North of the River) about a year ago when i was selling a car, i'm a smoker and it was a fairly new car, cost me about $180 for all the inside, they came and collected, bought it back the next day, looked brand new and had that new car smell again Hope this helps Steve Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/219898-carpet-and-seat-cleaning/#findComment-3880096 Share on other sites
