HI all

Just wondering if anyone has got/seen/worked with these SK racing plenums..

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/NEW-INLET-MANIFOLD-...1QQcmdZViewItem

do the bolt straight up?

If no what modifications need to be done?

quality of both the plenum and throttle body?

I know the general opinion about ebay plenums on SAU but its just to tidy up the engine bay abit.

Cheers

i was gonna buy a manifold of that dude, but he chose not to reply to my emails  so i never bothered, but i did manage to get a greddy copy inlet manifold for 250 :D still in the proccess of fitting it and a few other things, looks very good ie no mismatch or stuff, only thing i needed to do was file a little bit of material off so it would clear where the lower radiator hose bolts on

but dude recons hes gonna have a few more soon and all blinged up polished like to :)

Never buy anything off SKRacing, he is a rip off prick.

He has no idea about what he is selling and will say anything to get a sale and then is really hard to deal with after that, if you must buy something off him make sure you use Paypal so you have a slight chance of getting your money back.

    • Even more fun, leave all the ADAS stuff plugged in, but in different locations, hopefully avoid any codes!   And honestly, all these new cars with their weird electronics. Pull all the electronics out Duncan, and just shove an aftermarket ECU and if needed a trans controller in, along with a PDM. Make it run basic but race car styled!
    • To follow up a question from earlier too since I had the front bar off again (fking!) This is what is between the bumper and the drivers side wheel And this is the navigator side, only one thing but its a biggy! So basically....no putting coolers in the wheel arches without a lot of moving other stuff. Assuming I move to properly race prepping this car I'll take that job on and see how the computers respond to removing a whole bunch of ADAS modules
