Being a privately administered tollway it'll be "costing Victorians" every time they drive on it until it crumbles to dust.

And yes as taxpayers we have also partly paid for the privilege 2 fold.

Having worked in the Ringwood section for over a year i used to see ELOC about 30 times a day. I have personally named it the SNOT BLOCK for obvious reasons. Also the cost was meant to be around the 2.5 billion, but i heard it ended up more like 3.5 in the end.

I went for a sight seeing trip on it yesterday, along with the rest of Melbourne I think it's fantastic, it'll cut my Croydon - Rosebud trips to see my dad down by half. Most of my time spent previous was just getting to the South Gippy.
