Looking at getting a set of cams and pullies

Looking at:

HKS Step one with 9mm lift

Or

Tomei Poncams with 8.5mm lift

cant think of the duration of these cams off hand is the .5 and larger duration woth the extra money????

Also i know these step one cams are desigen to be used with all OEM valve train but would it be woth using up rated springs?

Ill be using these cams with a GT2530

With either of those sets of cams you cant go wrong. So pick the ones that are the cheapest and off you go.
