nah selling a clean, well sorted 33 for one of the stock low end 34s knocking around is insane.

I am actually not sure how much I want to sell it, every time I drive it I tell myself don't ever sell this car but then I don't drive it for a month and think its time for something different. Its a tough one.

Thanks for the comments guys!

I have added a few more pics on flickr, but no engine bay shots other than what you can see in the youtube clip... I didn't think of that... The engine bay is spotless and kept fairly low-key, big shiny and colorful bits are kept to a minimum. If you are anywhere near Richmond during the week it is in the P1 showroom. Feel free to have a look for yourself.

OMG. No external mods apart from the rims, and yet possibly the most gorgeous 33GTR ive ever seen.

Much admiration to your modification style, with a performance spec that would seemingly want for nothing! If i didnt already have my 33gtr, id be on a plane to melb right now to buy yours.

Hope it finds a worthy new home!

Posting for no other reason to say that this car is damn hot and is execatly what I want from my next GT-R. Have you run this down the quarter?

Nope I haven't run it down the quarter... in fact beside a bit of messing around at DECA Ive done no track work at all. Given the power I would think an 11.something wouldn't be out of the question but who knows?

Thanks for the comments.

I'd be going with low 11's - It's a catch 22 with things like that. You wanna know how fast she can go (track or drag) but don't wanna stress the car out. I had the same dilemma with my GT-R and opted for one mild track day and no drag :D

Anyway, good luck with the sale mate, she's a beauty.

Saw you driving pass Rod Laver arena this morning towards Richmond. Really nice car with a nice exhaust note. Did you remember to off your headlights today? :D

Good luck with the sale!

Did you?

Interesting...

Thanks Khunjeng

The car would run an 11 easy, just a matter of how deep into the 11s.

I have known Nathan for a number of years through the skyline club and is currently my housemate so can vouch for the care this car receives. It has been parked with my car for nearly 12 months now and is only driven on absolutely dry days. It has never been to a car park in the time I have known it and lives under a car cover in the basement. This is much loved car and THE cleanest and most cherished of any car I know, let alone GTR skyline. I used to enjoy my concourse shows with my car many years ago and my competitors didnt even look after thier cars this well!

Inside and outside are immaculate, any inspection will prove this. Genuine seller and reason for sale. Stunning example of a 33 GTR.

    • Yea - I mean I've seen my fuel pump which is decades old and uh, while I'm not saying this with real knowledge... but I sure get the ick at using anything in the fuel system that produced the state of that pump. Many years ago I went through multiple pumps (and strainers) before I dropped the tank to clean it out with extreme violence. I'm talking the car would do maybe 50km before coming to a halt, which resulted in me cleaning out the filter with some brake cleaner and going on my way. None of my stuff ever looked like what came out of your fuel tank. I don't think I'd be happy with it unless every single component was replaced (or at least checked/cleaned/confirmed to be clean here).
    • I'm not going to recommend an EBC pad. I don't like them. Just about anything else would suit me better. I've been using Intima pads for a while now.
    • Agreed, and in particular the earth strap that should go from the subframe to the chassis but it often broken or left off. There is a section in the R32 workshop manual you can follow for troubleshooting if you don't see anything suspicious, and depending where you are (there is no location on your user profile) you should be able to get your hands on a second hand replacement unit still if needed
    • Yeah they mention as a R34 for 2.5 Turbo...but then again thos "small" were also for R34 by that different site. But i look into it and that 310mm EBC is for R34 GTT. And by those you linked the specs are the same 🙂    EDIT: I found these on one site here: DBA 4000 series T3 DBA42304S They are 310mm...and it says are for R34GTT...are there good? EDIT2: ok they have pads too.  What "color" should i get for street use? I dont want/need some noisy ones...(and if they are not that dusty that is good too)
    • Yeah, shame. Maybe  driver's carpet is available 🙏. I am waiting for both amayama and nangun to confirm.
