Timming Belt Jumped 3 Teeth

Ok guys my sisters 32 has munted the idler bearings and jumped 3 teeth on the inlet cam, is the motor farked? Just not sure if it's worth changing the idler and belt or go new motor

if it still runs, no damage has been done yet. but 3 teeth is right on the edge of smashing pistons into valves so sort it out straight away.

It cranks over really fast like it has no head on but wont start.

Oh n it never munched valves either

if its turning over easy and not starting its probably got no compression. have you done a compression test?

Just got it going, lucky the valves got no piston love
