It is time for me to sell up.

Everyone who knows me knows how I treat my cars. Always looking pristine, and this is a prime example. Car is washed AT LEAST once a week. Waxed/polished every 2-3 months.

Engine:

• K20A i-Vtec producing 147kw standard.
  
• Injen cold air intake
  
• Aftermarket exhaust
  

Wheels/Suspension

• 18” Ozzy Volknova black with chrome lip. These are 6 months old.
  
• Lock nuts
  
• Lowered springs
  

Exterior

• Honda optional A-Spec lip kit (main difference being rear bar with diffuser)
  
• 5% tinting all around
  

Interior

• Original Recaro’s have been custom re-trimmed in Red & Black leather with Type R embroidered.
  
• Rear seat is re-trimmed with same leather
  
• Door cards have also been re-trimmed
  
• As new OEM red floor mats have been purchased.
  

Stereo

• Pioneer 5850IP head unit. 6 months old. Comes with iPod cord which charges and gives full control via the unit itself.
  
• All speakers are standard.
  
• All amp cords (power, 3xRCA’s, speaker wire throughout) has been laid and will be included.
  

Other Information

• Sitting on 79,xxx kilometers at the moment. Will be having its major 80,xxx service within the next two weeks. This is a MAJOR service including all belts, fluids etc.
  
• Brand new battery.
  
• Car is immaculate throughout and will pass any workshop inspection with ease.
  
• All usual Type R features, including 6 speed manual.
  
• Rego is NSW and due mid December.
  
• You will be hard pressed to find something wrong with this.
