Here is one design.

The "red dots" sticker will be provided separately. You simply apply white sticker first and then apply red dot sticker afterward.

Unfortunately, I don't like the user name idea since it will take time to edit/cut individual names - which does add up. It may also attract unwanted attention.

Yes, it will be white and background is clear. The size will be 18cm wide (7", envelope size).

If you have a white, red or silver car, put it on your window. If you have any other dark coloured car (except red) you can put it anywhere.

Now the logistics - the sticker is free but postage is not. You can either pick it up for free at "Marques in the Park" where I shall attempt to attend (if I can't, I'll mail a bunch out to someone who will attend), or you can mail me a 50c stamped/self-addressed envelope. I will mail it out within 24 hours of receipt of your envelope.

yeah they look good and I can't see there being a problem/conflict with the "forum" stickers as i don't think Prank has ever organised that properly. And the other state club stickers are part of the official clubs in most cases, so nothing to do with the forum.
