Finding F-con Password

I done some searches on here and some people said that they have the software to get the f-con password? I really need that as I have a really good map from HKS kyusyu in japan and just want to get it tweaked for our fuel by the mapper rather than a fresh map.

Can anyon help me? I already know how to make the cable and the software to extract the bin but how cna I read the password?

no one has the HKS software except for 2 workshops in australia. one in sydney and now one in perth.

Ring BD4's or SAS in Sydney .. not sure who in perth. Not sure if they can crack the password either.

Good luck with it. apparently they are a great ecu just not many tuners

The HKS software doesn't do it, It has the option to erase everything on it. There is another software that can take the bin file out and then the password can be located. I have teh software to take the bin file but don't know whta do after that.

I made the cable r33tom showed. But the file comes out blank, The fcon has the first orange light on.

I connected it like this.

9 pin - 6 pin side

pin2 - pin2

pin3 - pin 3

pin 5 - to pin 5

Have I made it wrong?
