Rb26/30 Build Questions

Hey guy's

i blew the bottom end on my RB26DETT and am now up for a rebuild and ive decided to go rb30 bottom end .

i will most likely buy all the parts and have it assembled by a well known local workshop.

my questions are as follows

i need either a series 2 VL RB30ET block or an R31 Block (pre drilled oil lines or something???) correct ?

what sort of pistons do i need ? im on a tight budget and don't know weather to wait it out and get forgies or not

what crank do i need

what oil and water pumps are required

where is the best place to get a bottom end ?

im only aiming for 300kw so i don't need ridiculous parts
