its just a cheapy but no weights im keeping them for when i get my power rack.

To the OP; just buy a power rack, adjustable bench, dumbells and bar, and around 150kg of weight. I picked all this up brand new off ebay for less than a grand, delivery included (which was a lot). Power rack even had high and low cables.

It's like on years gym fee and you can do literally everything on it safely from home.
