Hey guys,

The event was a good one save for the fact that there was around 3-400 km's each day in transport stages. (all but motorsport div. had to drive between events). Slalom course's were easy (even I didn't make a mistake) and a large variety of hillclimb circuits and short race type circuits ( Raleigh 'international' raceway) as well as Eastern Creek . Weather was kind most of the time and didn't see too many protester's up at Tweed Heads (just one f$#%w@t who gave us the finger from his Toyota landcruiser). SSS at Tweed was interesting but would have been better if we had more than one run. Bogan competitor in Holden ute doing burnouts in front of event director and Rally Aust marshalls did not help our cause. Usual casualties (Evo's) 1 rolled on hillclimb, 1 clipped tree in carpark slalom. All in all, very well run event.

Speaking of - the Dutton/ATC guys are running a 1 Day Dutton style event at Lang Lang in Nov. I've entered - should be some fun!

Ooooohh. interesting. $495 for a day is a fair bit but it would be fun!

Yeah but 3 Days is usually $2K - so $495 for 1 Day works out better than usual! LOL

Not to mention the reduction in costs such as accommodation etc. I thought it was alright given there's no other way we are going to get to play there and it was cracking good fun at that place.

Yeah probably not that bad. I was comparing it to a track day which is normally less than $200.

So how bout it Brisby? Silver Bullet? or Black Betty?

Well i dont think Silver will be running. I will only have been back in teh coutnry for 10 or so days. If i can tag team one of those quick black R32s
