Apexi Pod Filter Kit

I Guys and Girls,

I have a Apexi pod filter kit on My GTR.

Iam try to get the filter off so i can clean them, But iam haveing trouble unscrewing the scewies there in a tight place the scewdriver is to long. Do they come with there own tool.

How do you get them off easy.

I literally unscrew mine with a screwdriver...

Atlhough... I take the whole AFM out/pod out as one piece, and then do it that way, much easier

use a socket and ratchet or spanner. not the screw driver. or even better a ratchet spanner. easy.

10 mm socket. I use an adjustable angle rachet spanner worth its weight in gold !!!!

If the above doesnt work, remove them still attached to the AFM then unscrew the filter +1 for ratchet rings, always good for these applications

I used a little socket, it toke 10mins and i didnt even take off the AFM's. Now just got wait to they dry.

so much easier taking it out with the AFM attached, as I found out after 15 minutes of stuffing around and droping a nut under the car the first time!
