Boz, if you want a track car, buy my 32. And buy the Leopard as a daily. That way you'll only spend half of your 18k payout, and have plenty of money to mod/play/tart up both of them! Win win!!

installing kyosan denso fuel pump is a pain in the rear, especially the fuel tank opening barely just big enough to fit the pump and bracket through. :3some:

so much easier in the r32 back in the days :whistling:

now you know why I gutted the car in the first place..

At uni for 9 hours yesterday and then dinner shift at work where we got thumped. This was after 10 hours of uni on Monday. My slightly stiff neck from the crash is now all kinds of crazy sore and my back is killing me as well. Off to the doctor I go.

Beyond that, good :) first team meeting for UQ racing is on Friday, can't wait to get on board!

That's simply not true.

A. delete it

B. find a way to make it stay in whoretown only.

C. Vote me out.

Any of the above is more than acceptable from my viewpoint.

    • After throttle body? I’ve heard that you should not do that. Even if you look at the diagrams they show you that you should take boost from turbo.
    • What do you mean with ”hot side”?  From what I’ve heard is that you should take it as close to the turbo as possible?
    • Like on the intercooler pipe between turbo and intercooler?  Still weird why they don’t put an output on the turbo since you will need one. There is one for the RPM of the turbo..  are they doing this because they want you to take the boost reference from somewhere else except the turbo?
    • That wouldn’t work especially well? 🤔
    • Hi all, I’ve just finished fitting the timing belt on my RB25, following the standard procedure: rotate the crank twice, release the tensioner, then tighten it down. The belt feels tight, and you can see that clearly in the picture below I’ve heard some people say it’s actually better for the belt to be slightly loose rather than too tight, as excessive tension can lead to snapping. So that’s in the back of my mind. What I’m seeing is this:  • At idle, the belt looks fine.  • But when cranking and especially when revving (around 3–4,000 RPM), there’s a momentary flap/flex or flicker in the belt, which I’ve tried to capture in the video. So my question is — based on what you see, is this slight belt movement something you’d consider normal, or am I just being OCD? Could this amount of movement cause sync issues? Or is it just a harmless bit of flex under load?   from what I know belt flap and flex is expected when crank spins up and pull cam with it Would appreciate any thoughts or similar experiences.     IMG_7656.mov IMG_7657.mov
